Stabilization & Support Ticket Fixes

This release continues the Gen 2 stabilization effort with bug fixes and usability improvements across web, admin, and server components, along with resolutions for customer-reported support tickets.

Improvements

• Form Builder — The Automation badge popover now shows which specific fields are affected by a logic rule, making it easier to understand field dependencies

• Workflow Configuration — Admin v2 now displays warnings when configuring approval workflows if the assigned Validator or Approver does not have the required role

• Account Settings — Refreshed layout and usability improvements in Admin v2 account settings

Gen 2 — Bug Fixes

Admin

• Duplicating a field no longer produces an invalid field key (missing cx_ prefix)

• Adding values to a Tag list field no longer removes previously selected tags

• Fixed an issue where fields could not be duplicated

• Fixed missing search results when searching Apps

• Native Lookup configuration field mapping is no longer limited to the "Description" field

• Pagination now works correctly on the application tab

• Improved field key validation when auto-populating from label and when manually entering values

• User names are now displayed correctly in email automation rules

• Fixed an issue preventing updates in account settings

Web

• Printing an inspection now correctly displays the case ID

• Conditional Select field values are now saved correctly after toggling field visibility

• Inspection operations (create, update, submit, revise, reject, approve) now work correctly when the site field has logic rules configured

• File section now appears in print output even when the form does not include a visible files field

• Fixed an issue where field remarks could not be updated after being removed

• Resolved intermittent errors when saving remarks on records

• Removing field remarks no longer causes a bad input error

• Fixed missing inspection and action results when searching by site name

• Fixed an issue where searching newly updated sites returned all inspections

Gen 1 & Gen 2 — Bug Fixes

Web / Server

These fixes apply to both Gen 1 and Gen 2 applications.

• Search input is now limited to 100 characters to prevent server errors

• Missing French translation for CSV import error messages has been added

• Improved validation enforcement when completing inspections on mobile

• General stability improvements for automation rules and server-side error handling
