Gen 2 Stabilization Update

This release focuses on continued stabilization of the Gen 2 platform, with bug fixes and usability improvements across web, mobile, and automation.

Improvements

  • AI App Builder — Model selection now displays user-friendly names instead of technical identifiers, making it easier to choose the right model for your use case

  • Automation emails — Dates now format according to the user's language setting (Ticket: #966)


Gen 2 - Bug Fixes

Admin v2

  • Flow Builder — Long field names in the sidebar now show the full name on hover

  • Lookup configuration fields appeared empty when editing an existing lookup

  • Certain system fields were incorrectly shown as available options when configuring Lookups

  • AI model selection not saving in automation rules

  • Italian language option missing in Admin v2 settings

  • UI overlaps in AI extraction configuration

  • Fixed an issue when creating fields with long names

  • Flow Builder field selector was showing all fields instead of filtering by context

  • Search in automation email actions was not filtering results correctly

  • Error when updating options in Gen 2 apps (Ticket: #1302 , #1399, #1326)

Client v2

  • "Edit" form for completed inspections was not working for admin/owner users

  • "Show Stats" answer count was inconsistent with the Print report count

  •  Admin/owner users can’t  add remarks and actions on completed inspection 

Mobile

  • OCR extracted text not saved when the OCR field is not visible in the form (Ticket: #1215)

  • App list item not updated after pull-to-refresh (Ticket: #1335)


Gen 1 & Gen 2 - Bug Fixes

Web / Server

These fixes apply to both Gen 1 and Gen 2 applications.

  • Search now works correctly when query contains leading or trailing spaces

  • Long search queries are now handled properly instead of returning server error
