Creating Custom Privacy

In WizyVision, custom privacies allow you to define specific access levels for files and cases, giving you greater control over data visibility. This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating custom privacies, empowering you to align data access with your organization's unique structure and requirements.

1. Within the Admin settings, locate the "Access Control" section.
2. Click on the "Privacies" tab.
3. On the Privacies page, click on the "Add Privacy" button.
4. Provide a code, name and description for your custom privacy to clearly identify its purpose.
5. Click "submit" button
